Contrary to what humans believe, the gods of the astral realm - the Norse, Egyptian, Shinto, Medieval and other figures of myth and legend - all co-exist in relative harmony, working together to enrich the lives of their creations.
That is, until the breach of sinister forces from an unknown origin. They took the astral realm by surprise and with ease, overwhelming the gods who had not known war for so long. Ravaged and ragged, the defeated escaped through a wormhole in time to a parallel dimension, where they would rebuild their paradise and retake their original homeland.
These immortal maidens have sworn to reclaim their former kingdoms, and have appointed you their strategist in the war to come. With the empyrean army at your disposal, you must gather and aid these lovely goddesses in their quest to save humanity.
